The recent news of Falkenberg NEZ Formula Ford being cancelled was a sad hit to the series, but it seems the NEZ final in Denmark promises to be quite interesting...
Early rumors had it that the venue would be Jyllandsring, but it seems now that the NEZ finals will be organized as part of the new "Dansk Metal Formel Ford Festival" at Padborg Park on Sun 20.9.2009. It will be a one-day shoot out, with practice, qualifiers, semi-finals, last chance, and finals in one day! So plenty of racing, cash prizes, and all for a very low entry fee of 150€.
Preliminary info is already out. All engines are allowed to compete (Duratec, Zetec, Kent), and best of each will be awarded. It looks like an interesting concept, and most certainly an exciting and action filled event!
